    Pumpkin Bread from Scratch – Moist and Tasty Loaves

    Pumpkin bread is my favorite non-yeast, quick bread; but, it’s only good if it’s moist and has delicious flavor. The recipe I use is from The Good Housekeeping Cookbook (1978). It makes two 9″x5″ loaves.     Chicken Chorizo Breakfast Casserole

    This chicken chorizo breakfast casserole is delicious. It would be the perfect meal to serve your holiday visitors for breakfast/brunch because you can prepare it the night before.     Like a lot of people I’m counting down the days to Valentine’s Day, and I’m testing recipes in the kitchen which I think might make good gifts for coworkers, friends, and family. During the Christmas season, my sister-in-law makes homemade turtle candy, but I don’t consider this recipe to be seasonal – turtle candy is good any time!
